Large chargers have relatively fast charging speeds and good performance. So what do we need to do when there are problems with large chargers?

When the power indicator light of a large charger is not on and the charging indicator light is not on, it is necessary to check whether the input power plug of the charger is properly connected to the mains. You can try inserting the input plug of the charger into a normal power socket. If the condition is still the same, open the charger housing and investigate whether the fuse inside the machine is broken. If it is not, first check whether there is a problem with the power input line. After troubleshooting the power input line, check whether there is virtual soldering in the adjacent components of the high-voltage area on the circuit board and whether the fuse holder has poor touch. You should also check the transformer T1 and transistor V1 Is there any virtual soldering phenomenon in V2. Additionally, An open circuit in R5 or R6 can also cause the above-mentioned problems. If the internal fuse is broken, do not replace the high amperage fuse tube (the fuse tube of the charger is usually 2A), and focus on checking D1-D4 V1, V2, R4, R7, and D15 Is there any damage to D21? If there is any damage, it can be replaced with the same type. Please note that when the above components are damaged, one to two may be damaged together, and sometimes several may be damaged together. During maintenance, it is necessary to inspect and replace these components one by one before power can be applied.
